About Us
The mission of the Human Services Administration Organization (HSAO) is to empower individuals, families and communities by
improving their quality of life through specialized, personalized, enhanced and
effective service coordination.
The HSAO staff members have diverse backgrounds that include experience with
Children Youth and Family (CYF) case management, Mental Health (MH) case
management, Mental Retardation (MR) case management, psychiatric inpatient care,
BHRSCA services, specialized case management, residential treatment, foster care
and adoption, mental health forensics and independent living.
