Child/Adolescent
HSAO provides service coordination to children of all ages in Allegheny County with serious emotional disturbances. Our services are strengths-based, individualized, least restrictive, community-based, and family-driven. We utilize the Child and Adolescent Service System Program (CASSP) principles for the foundation on delivering services to our children and their families. Our
service coordination includes assessment, advocacy, referral and coordination, monitoring of service delivery, and problem resolution. All children's services are provided with a creative and flexible approach in the least restrictive environment.
