Forensic Support
Justice Related Support provides case management for all persons with mental
illness and co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorder, including
those with probation violations, from the point of formal arraignment to the
time of sentencing. Justice Related Support Specialists develop and present service plans,
which include treatment services and other support services, and work with the
Allegheny County Jail, Court of Common Pleas, Service Coordination Units and
other community providers to ensure a smooth transition into the community.
